What to Expect!
Below you can find all of the information wanted for your Virginia Tech graduation session.
How does this work?
01.
Booking Site
Whenever you are ready, book through by booking site. You will be given a questionnaire to fill out. For groups your invoice will be in your email within 7-10 business days.
For individual sessions, your invoice will be automatically created and viewable. All invoices are due at the end of your session.
02.
Documents
Once you book with me, you can expect a few documents to your email. A general contract and invoice be for your review. Please sign your contract by clicking the sign button and pay your invoice by hitting the pay now button and few all of the ways you can pay.
03.
The day of
On the day of the shoot, we’ll meet up at your desired location. I will text you where to meet first. Typically I will meet at Burrus, then go to pylons, then any other location you may choose. *Please note I cannot guarantee the practice field will be open on that day*Have another location in mind*
04.
Gallery delivery
You will receive your gallery within a week of your shoot date. You will receive them in your email though a gallery. *DOWNLOAD ALL PHOTOS IMMEDIATELY* Please do not screen shot your images.
Can I bring a friend?
I encourage you too! It makes the shoot less stressful and helps you look your best!
How many photos do I receive?
Premium Package - 70-100 images
Elite Package - 100-150 images
Group - 70 - 100 depending on number of locations
What if I don't like the weather on my shoot?
Totally fine! Lets reschedule no fees. Typically I would like to fit you into the following week but I know how the weather is. If you like a cloudy vibe, totally fine. If not, we can certainly reschedule.
Can I pay before my shoot?
Of course! You can split your payments as well. If you would like to split your payments let me know. *All payments are due on the day of your shoot.
Can I bring a friend to be in a few photos?
If you have an individual session, yes! Now this isn't a friend photoshoot, but your friend can certainly do a couple with you. *Individual Sessions cannot be split between two people*
Can I bring props?
Please do! Champagne, small pom poms, dogs, confetti poppers, etc. It brings life and fun into your photos
Booking

How booking works
Each session type has its own dedicated booking page where you can view availability and select the date and time that works best for you. Once your session is selected, you will complete a short booking form to officially reserve your spot. A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session, and all remaining details will be sent to you after booking.
02.
After booking
After reserving your session, you will receive a confirmation and preparation details to help you feel fully ready. I will reach out to you 2 days before your session to confirm meeting locations, if weather is not permitting then I will reach out before hand to ensure likability.
Rescheduling
typically aim to fit rescheduled sessions within the following week, depending on availability and weather conditions. If you enjoy a soft, cloudy look, we can certainly proceed as planned; if not, I am happy to move your session to a new date.
Communication
During this season, things can be quite busy, and I truly appreciate your patience and understanding. As a full-time student at Virginia Tech, I prioritize my academics while also giving my very best to each of you. Many commonly asked questions can be found on my website, especially on the College Graduates page. If you have a specific question before your session, please feel free to reach out, and I will respond within one week. Gallery Turnaround
Your images are carefully reviewed, selected, and professionally edited to ensure a polished and consistent final gallery. While not guaranteed, the typical turnaround time I strive for is 7–10 business days after your session. You will receive an email with a link to your online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos.
